From your own touch tone phone |

- Enter *99.
- Enter # during the recorded greeting.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN when prompted.
- Follow the voice instructions.

From any other touch tone phone: |

- Enter *98 (also used to retrieve messages inside Otelco Mid-Missouri area).
- Enter your 7-digit phone number (user box number).
- Enter your 4-digit PIN when prompted.
- Follow the voice instructions.

To retrieve your VOICE MAIL messages:

- Pick up the phone. If you have a message waiting, you will hear a “stutter” or broken dial tone.
- Enter *99.
- Enter # during the recorded greeting.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN number when prompted.
- Follow the voice instructions.
